Bills' Johnson to face mental test in Titans' Finnegan

By Nick St. Denis

If Stevie Johnson needed a test on keeping his head, he'll get it this weekend.

The Buffalo Bills wide receiver will be up against Tennessee Titans cornerback Cortland Finnegan, who is among the dirtiest players in the NFL.

The Bills (5-6) host the Titans (6-5) at 1 p.m. Sunday.

"It’s going to be tough because some guys out there are fiery, and me on the field I kind of get that way in my mind, but I know what he’s been doing in the past," Johnson told the media Wednesday. "I know what type of player he is. He tries to get you out of your game but I’ll try to be extra cool."

Last year, Finnegan baited one of the calmest wideout personalities in Houston Texans' Andre Johnson into a fistfight.

"Fights and that stuff happen but it doesn’t mean we hate each other," Stevie Johnson said. "It’s just part of the game. We have guys that fight on our team. It’s all good though. It’s still love."
