Bills retain Choice, RB will battle for reserve role

BY NICK ST. DENIS

The Bills re-signed a running back Saturday, not that it should matter.

Buffalo, which already employs a stellar running back combo in Fred Jackson and C.J. Spiller, retained Tashard Choice.

"It's official I'll be a Buffalo Bill this year," Choice announced on his Twitter account. "I wanna thank God, the organization, family, friends and fans. Hit the ground running."

Choice gained 152 rushing yards total the past two seasons with three teams -- the Cowboys, Redskins and Bills. He was waived by both the Cowboys and Redskins last season before the Bills picked him up in November.

Choice, 27, will likely battle Bills reserve Johnny White for a roster spot.
