Injury Report: Rookies Jordan, Sims probable

BY NICK ST. DENIS

All two of the Miami Dolphins rookies named Dion should be good to go Sunday.

First-round pick Dion Jordan, who has been limited in practice all summer after having surgery on his shoulder, is listed as probable for the Dolphins' matchup with the Cleveland Browns. The defensive end/outside linebacker finally practiced in full at the end of the week.

Jordan is expected to contribute mostly on special teams and strictly on passing downs on defense.

Tight end Dion Sims, meanwhile, is also listed as probable. Sims had been battling a shoulder ailment but is apparently poised to make is debut this week.

Rookie cornerbacks Will Davis (toe) and Jamar Taylor (groin), as well as third-string quarterback Pat Devlin (groin), are listed as out after sitting out of Friday's practice.

Cornerback Dimitri Patterson (ankle) is questionable, and linebacker Jonathan Freeny (shoulder), defensive end Vaughn Martin (ankle) and safety Jimmy Wilson (hamstring) are all probable following full practices.
