The Buffalo Bills announced Tuesday they've signed linebacker Larry Dean and placed safety Jonathan Meeks on injured reserve.
Dean entered the league as an undrafted free agent in 2011 with the Minnesota Vikings and appeared in 48 games during his three seasons in Minnesota, playing primarily on special teams.
Last season, the 6-0, 227-pound Valdosta State product tallied 18 special teams tackles.
Meeks has been limited in practice the past few weeks with a neck ailment. He was inactive for the team's first two games of the season.
