Schlereth picks Broncos 100-0, trolls Bills fans

BY DAN BEGNOCHE

It's no secret that Peyton Manning and the Broncos offense are a potent bunch. Heck, they're averaging 30 points a game, and Manning leads all quarterbacks with 36 touchdowns.

The Buffalo Bills defense, however, is ranked No. 5 in the league, and many see Sunday's game between the two as one of the week's intriguing matchups.

ESPN NFL analyst Mark Schlereth is apparently not one of those people.

Schlereth made his weekly appearance on NFL Live Thursday and went through his picks for the week with host Trey Wingo. His prediction for Sunday's game in Denver? 100-0 in favor of the Broncos.

Schlereth then, after receiving some reaction on his Twitter page, posted this, and changed his profile picture to a shot from his playing days against Buffalo while he was with the Redskins.

That obviously fueled the Twitter fire.

We'll concede that the Bills' defense has its work cut out for it come Sunday, though the unit did receive some more recognition Thursday, as defensive end Mario Williams was named the division's Defensive Player of the Month. Super Mario notched 6.5 sacks in November, and he's sacked Manning six times in his career.
