Brady reflects on 'hell of a night' for Blount

New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady has seen it before from LeGarrette Blount. Sunday night, he saw it again.

Blount, the Patriots' battering ram of a running back, carried the ball 30 times for 148 yards and three touchdowns as New England blew past the Indianapolis Colts en route to a Super Bowl berth. Blount had seen more than 12 carries in just one other game this season.

“He hasn’t had as much opportunity this year. But yesterday was just a hell of a game," Brady told WEEI. "He made great decisions running it, when to blow it up into the hole and then when to cut it back against the grain and try to make yards that way. All night he was making those types of choices. It was great to see. He had a hell of a night.”
