Incognito makes way back into East, joins Rex's Bills


Rex Ryan said last month upon signing on with the Buffalo Bills that he wanted to "build a bully." As of early February, the team is off to a good start.

This weekend, the Bills signed Richie Incognito, the former Dolphins guard at the center of the team's bullying scandal and no stranger to off-the-field (and on-the-field) incidents.

Incognito missed half of 2013 due to suspension, and no one picked him up in all of 2014. Buffalo, however, needs help on the interior and is the first to take a shot at the controversial player.
