Bills' Kromer on paid leave after alleged fight, threats

Buffalo offense line coach Aaron Kromer was arrested Sunday for an alleged altercation with a boy in Florida. Tuesday, the Bills front office responded.

"We have been in regular discussions with the league office and have decided to place Aaron on indefinite paid administrative leave in accordance with the league's Personal Conduct Policy while we continue to work our way through the investigative process with the league," Bills President Russ Brandon said in part Tuesday via ESPN.com.

The 48-year-old coach allegedly pushed, punched and threatened the lives of the boy's family members following a disagreement over the use of some beach chairs. An unnamed source has claimed the actions were in self defense and a result of the theft of said chairs.

The former Bears coach has currently been charged with misdemeanor battery for the incident.
