It's almost time for Miami Dolphins fans to take a seat.
The team announced today that in response to numerous inquiries, it will make available a limited number of assembled seats and seatbacks--that were previously removed due to constriction--to season ticket members and the general public beginning Wednesday.
The seats will be sold to season ticket members in order of decade, starting with tenured members from the 1960s and '70s, then the 1980s and '90s, and so on, eventually moving on to the general public. All proceeds will benefit the Miami Dolphins Foundation.
In addition, the team announced it will host a series of autographed seat auctions throughout the year featuring key Dolphins players throughout their history.
