Rex: Patriots aren't exactly 'the Boy Scouts of America'


The Buffalo Bills racked up 14 penalties Sunday to the New England Patriots' 11. Bills coach Rex Ryan thinks a few of those flags could've been exchanged.

“They outplayed us, they outcoached us, they outdid whatever,” Ryan said Monday, via ESPN.com. “But there’s different ways of chatting and of all that type of stuff, too. Let’s face it: New England is not exactly the Boy Scouts of America. All right? So you can say what you want, but the tape doesn’t lie either.”

Ryan pointed to a few instances he considered "borderline" where "it seems like we're not gonna get the break" but recognized he needs to address the issue of penalties with his team.
