Getting-to-know-you phase starts with 'Phins coaches


Dan Campbell is out, and a whole bunch of new faces are in for the Miami Dolphins coaching staff.

A few days after the hiring of coach Adam Gase, the team announced five more additions Tuesday, faces from all over the league.

New staff members (including Gase) worked for five different NFL teams last season, and only new defensive coordinator Vance Joseph and linebackers coach Matt Burke were paired up last season (Bengals).

The other additions include tight ends coach Shane Day (Redskins), offensive line coach Chris Foerster (49ers) and wide receivers coach Shawn Jefferson (Titans).

Foerster worked with Day in Washington in 2014 before heading to San Francisco.
