The New York Jets finished with the fourth overall defense for 2015, and their focus on that side of the ball has continued into the new year.
According to Randy Lange of NewYorkJets.com, Gang Green signed linebacker Freddie Bishop III Tuesday, formerly of the CFL.
Per Lange:
"[Bishop] signed with Detroit as an undrafted free agent after the 2013 draft but was released before camp started in July of that year. After being signed to Calgary's practice roster in 2013, he played the '14 and '15 seasons for the [Stampeders], compiling 60 tackles, 14 sacks and a forced fumble."READ MORE >>
