AFC East wary of Patriots' new tight end tandem

The New England Patriots' newly formed tight end duo has the rest of the division a little nervous.

The Patriots were mostly quiet early in free agency but did make a bit of a splash in signing tight end Marcellus Bennett to work opposite the All-World Rob Gronkowski.

How will that tandem be defended?

"I have no idea," Buffalo Bills coach Rex Ryan said Tuesday, via the Providence Journal. "I just think it's unusual to have two guys that are like 6-[foot]-7 and can run, catch, block. So, yeah, it's going to be a major challenge ... How we're going to defend them, I don't know."

How about New York Jets coach Todd Bowles:

“Am I looking forward to it? Not at this time, no,” he said. “They’re tall, they’re fast. They create problems. It’s going to be an interesting challenge for everyone every single week.”
