Patriots clean house, release trio of offensive players

Tuesday was a busy one for the Buffalo Bills, as the team cleaned house and also invoked the franchise tag for Cordy Glenn.

The New England Patriots followed suit Wednesday, releasing two players and a potential third while they work to clear some cap space.

Wide receiver Brandon LaFell and tight end Scott Chandler have played their last games in New England (at least for now), while wide receiver Brian Tyms also seems to be on his way out.
