Maxwell already loving his coach's in-your-face attitude

It's only the first day of offseason workouts for the Miami Dolphins, but cornerback Byron Maxwell is smitten.

Coming over in the trade from the Philadelphia Eagles, the 28-year-old defensive back, like the rest of his team, is just getting to know their new head coach, Adam Gase.

Early on, he likes what he sees.

Per Andrew Abramson of the Palm Beach Post:

"I like the guy," Maxwell said. "He's a competitor. You can just tell that. He knows what he wants and he's going to go after it.

"That's what you want. The team's going to take whatever the head coach's personality is and he definitely is that guy as far as he's going to go after it. He's going to be in your face. I like that."
