Jets swap Malone for training camper Quigley

Size doesn't necessarily matter in the New York Jets' special teams group.

A week after turning heads with an 84-yard boot, punter Robert Malone was relieved of his duties Monday. The Jets announced they cut the third-year player and re-signed Ryan Quigley to replace him.

This summer, Quigley lost a training camp battle with Malone for the job, but Malone apparently worked himself out of it through the first two weeks of the regular season.
