Misi is entering his third year after being a second round draft pick for the Dolphins. He played college ball at Utah.
His production has been a dissapointment, but there were reports that new defensive coordinator Kevin Coyle was planning to try out Misi in different roles. He was drafted to be a pass-rushing outside linebacker but has accruced only 5.5 sacks in 28 games.
