Dolphins add depth to O-line with pair of signings

With OTAs on the horizon, the Miami Dolphins have added some depth to their offensive line squad.

The team inked deals with Jeff Linkenbach and Jacques McClendon Wednesday, according to Andrew Abramson of the Palm Beach Post, the second and third addition the team's made to the line this offseason. Miami also signed J.D. Walton back in March.

According to Abramson, Linkenbach will likely compete for the left guard spot with Dallas Thomas in training camp barring a more worthy player coming via the draft, while McClendon is likely to play a reserve role at either guard or center.

Each saw sparce time last season with their respective teams, with Linkenbach starting three games a left guard for the Chiefs and McClendon seeing time at center and guard with the Jaguars.
