Free agent pool filled with ex-Bills quarterbacks

BY NICK ST. DENIS

"Buffalo Bills" is a popular term on the resumes of currently-unemployed quarterbacks.

With the team's recent release of Tarvaris Jackson, the current pool of "top" free agent quarterbacks could easily create its own Buffalo division. Here's a list of this offseason's free agents, and as you can see, the group of former Bills makes up a large chunk of it.

Last year's starter in Ryan Fitzpatrick was on the list after getting cut by the team earlier this year and before signing with the Tennessee Titans. Correspondingly, Buffalo poached former Philadelphia Eagles and Arizona Cardinals quarterback Kevin Kolb, who is battling with rookie E.J. Manuel for a starting gig, from free agency.
