Dolphins fortify O-line, secondary in busy free agency

If you weren't already sure, the Miami Dolphins are in full rebuilding mode.

Following roster moves where Olivier Vernon, Brent Grimes and Lamar Miller were shown the door, the Dolphins started to add to their roster Wednesday, adding offensive tackle Sam Young and safety Isa Abdul-Quddus.

Young, 28, was a former sixth-round pick in 2010 and has only started 22 percent of his games since then. He's reportedly set to acquire around $900K this season from Miami.

Abdul-Quddus, a sixth-year player formally with the Detroit Lions who put up career bests in tackles and sacks in 2015, reportedly signed a deal worth north of $4M per year, for three years.
